Cannabis Finance Bootcamp
Develop the necessary skills to building a compliant cannabis business
Cannabis businesses that are plant touching face several obstacles in their business. Cannabis businesses are required to operate at a high regulatory level, but often don't have the expertise or cash flow to do it successfully. Cannabis fines for non-compliance can range anywhere from $500 to $30,000, Cannabis Taxes are 3x the amount of normal businesses, and cannabis regulatory requirements are costly.
Most cannabis companies are not set up correctly, have poor cash management strategies, and are unaware of the strict deadlines, high taxes, and best practices in managing inventory, and cash flow. This results in poor cash management, non-compliance fines, and overpayment of consulting fees to "fix" the problem.

Starting with compliance in inventory, I came in basically clueless and left the conference with a great plan! Since that day I've taught my husband everything you advised and we have been trying to enforce a whole new inventory system at our LA location. And it has been great!” — Diana, CPA

I'm a global entrepreneur with a goal-oriented and results-focused mindset. I'm on a mission to facilitate the massive collective financial success of entrepreneurs around the world.
My tenure working with global fortune 500 firms has provided me invaluable insight on how to build profit, lead cross-collaborative teams, launch successful projects, build new business verticals, and build trust within teams. This is something that I want to teach others. Before jumping to entrepreneurship, I worked in financial and operational consulting for some of the largest companies in the world - From PwC, Eddie Bauer, Nike, to Fox Entertainment and Capgemini. In my first 5 years of entrepreneurship, I launched a top-rated podcast, appeared on NPR, built a global community, and lobbied the government, all while building a successful and profitable business. In 2020, I decided to embrace the work from anywhere life and relocated from the West Coast to the South of France.
I believe the current way wealth and knowledge is distributed needs to change. I know how difficult it can be to start a business with limited resources and truly believe with the right roadmap, training, and mindset you can achieve your business dreams.
I want to see more entrepreneurs acting instead of reacting, building instead of rebuilding, and investing in their business and themselves instead of scrambling for cash. I hope to empower my students to reach their financial dreams, push themselves out of their comfort zone, and have the right tools and support to do so.
The methodologies that I use are a mix of innovative training, group accountability, and a focus on numbers, goals, and results. I want to help my students build an industry they want to see, become stronger leaders in our communities, strive for equality and equity, and become financially free. The more financially sustainable businesses that are built, the more impact we can collectively make throughout the world.
I hope that you'll be able to help me achieve those goals. I would love to know more about you and your business or career goals.
